Get Healthier
There is no better fitness friend than MyFitnessPal. It makes tracking your food, calories and nutrients easy with a database of over 5 million foods. Can’t find your food or meal? Enter it in manually or scan a UPC code. It even integrates with fitness trackers like Fitbit, your Apple Watch and other helpful apps like Runtastic. You can also input/import recipes and calculate nutritional values of your made from scratch meals. This app has saved me many a time when I wanted to eat something I knew I shouldn’t, simply by pre-inputting it into my food diary and seeing what an impact it make on my day.
Whether you’re a runner, gym rat or someone looking to just get started, Runtastic Results can help you by creating a 12-week customized Training Plan (based on an initial fit test) that you can do anywhere since it’s completely based on body weight and uses no equipment. But make no mistake, this simple training program WILL make you sore with full body movements like Burpees and Mountain Climbers. It even comes with a Health & Nutrition Guide. I personally use this app often while traveling and can’t say enough good things about it’s effective workouts. It’s also great for those days where you just can’t manage to squeeze in a visit to the gym.
Want the benefits of a personal trainer but prefer to work out alone? Try Jefit. I fell in love with this app because it gives a great workout summary that’s fun and motivating, keeps track of your lifting progress/amounts and even has a variety of workout programs so you don’t have to think about anything – just do what it tells you to do.
The hardest part about eating healthy is figuring out just what to eat. With the SparkRecipes app you have access to over a half million recipes. It even comes with tips and video demos.
Save Money
We get it. Budgeting can be overwhelming and difficult. Level connect your bank account and helps analyze your spending in order to take a lot of the guesswork out of budgeting. It can recognize your monthly, reoccurring bills and sort your spending.
Saving usually goes hand in hand with budgeting. Try an app like Digit which takes into account your spending and helps you find ways to save. Then it squirrels it away. It even promises never to send you into overdraft.
Looking to manage your debt and get it paid off? iOS users can check out the Debt Free app while those with Android can use Debt Payoff Planner.

BreakFree allows you to monitor your mobile phone use, including statistics about your most used apps. Letting you see where you’re wasting time, getting sucked into click bait or endlessly scrolling.
