For some reason the past few weeks have been filled with heartache for several of my friends. All unrelated, but each one no more or less difficult for those involved.

While offering a patient and un-judging ear, I remembered that when I was younger, I used to collect quotes and sayings that I enjoyed in a journal. I dug up that journal and found some more tonight to create this list for you. I hope you find a few to keep in the back of your mind the next time you or someone you care about needs it. My personal favorites are at the top of this list.
