It’s long been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While that may be true, it isn’t always the easiest meal of the day. I often find my breakfast menu stuck in a rut. It seems like we’re always eating the same variations of eggs, cereal or french toast – depending on how late we’re running that day. These bloggers’ breakfast ideas put mine to shame but now I have their ideas to borrow from. I like the idea of whipping up these tasty bars for busy mornings, oatmeals for cool days and delicious french toast or pancakes for lazy Sunday mornings.

Who knew you could do so much with oats? I bet these recipes could get even more interesting with the many varieties of oats Kashi offers. I’m seeing some real winners and any of these would be a contender in the Oats Made Great contest with Albertsons. One winner of the Oats Made Great contest entrants will receive a $250 gift card and 6 lucky runners up will receive a $50 gift card. Who would you vote for?
