Football season is HERE folks and that means more fun get-togethers with family and friends. While we have always loved entertaining, our new home has a gigantic back yard that makes having people over often compulsory. A few weekends ago, I noticed that apparently there is a neighbor who has weekly “garage band” practice…but it isn’t the kind of music you’d expect. It’s a Mariachi Band! And they are actually pretty good. So Ben and I have joked that our next party needs to be planned to coincide with practice and we’ll have to make our favorite baked shrimp nachos recipe.
While I have plenty of Mexican recipes in my repertoire, I decided to experiment with something new. Inspired by KRAFT’s Cheddar-Shrimp Nachos Recipe, I made my Fiesta Shrimp Nachos last night and they were a raving success. I’ll definitely be serving this up with my Strawberry Basil Margaritas at our Fiesta Party!

That looks really good and salads and shrimp are great dishes. I definitely want to try this out. Perfect for an easy dinner.
This looks amazing. And so yummy. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I’m stopping by from Inspiration Monday. Your nachos look fantastic. We love shrimp at my house!
Oh that looks so good! I love all the different Kraft shredded cheeses I can buy! Today we are using Kraft’s Mozzarella cheese to to top our meatball sub sandwiches! :)
I love this AND your Strawberry Basil Marg. This two make a nice summer picnic lunch with your hubby!!
