I’ve been in the market for a good cross body purse for quite some time. I typically carry around a satchel sized purse and wanted a smaller, more convenient option. Days at the amusement park, shopping  and especially travel. I really hate the 2 carry on rule. My first is my luggage back and my second is my a backpack filled with all of my precious and fragile tech gear. I typically spend my day of travel digging into this bag for tickets, ID, my 3-1-1 travel bag, money ect. I wanted a cross body that is small enough to slip inside my bag right before departure, but large enough to carry these travel necessities. Sounds easy enough but I couldn’t find the perfect bag.

When Baggallini asked me to choose a product from their website for review I spent a good hour looking over their bags – there were so many too choose from. I ultimately decided on the Brasilia Crossbodyone of their top three bags. The Brasilia caught my eye because it’s a clutch, crossbody and handbag in one, which can be worn four different ways: folded clutch, folded crossbody, unfolded crossbody and handle. It also includes a removable coin purse and internal pockets for cell phone, keys, credit cards, lip gloss ect.

The Brasilia is the best travel purse. Even folded down there is plenty of room for travel day necessities like a small wallet, travel documents, hand sanitizer, chap stick, and even a small snack. It keeps everything securely on my person for convenient access. Then before boarding I can slip it into the front pocket of my backpack. On days where I need a little more room like a day spent at the amusement park or when I want to bring my 8.1″ tablet I can unfold the Brasilia for plenty of storage space.  It’s the perfect bag for someone who wants a convenient crossbody but needs just a bit more room than most provide.

  1. Yes! This is a great option for a travel purse. I usually carry a backpack purse when I travel but I’m always scared people are going to reach in it while I’m walking in the airport. A cross body would a great alternative!

  2. So cute! I need a smaller purse to carry around since my regular purse carries anything and everything you could possibly need! I love the color of your purse too! I could drop an extra lens and a diaper in there!
