Did you know Sangria is a beverage originating from Spain and Portugal? At first I found this surprising but Spain is the number 3 country in the world for producing wine. It makes sense that they would be pioneers in many of wines variations. Sangria is typically served throughout Spain and Portugal during summer – this may be the only area they have it wrong. It’s a drink that should definitely be enjoyed all year round.
If you’ve never had Sangria before it’s a beverage that normally consists of wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of added brandy. But the beauty of sangria is that it’s pretty flexible. Chopped fruit can include orange, lemon, lime, apple, peach, melon, berries, pineapple, grape, kiwifruit and mango. For sweetener try honey, sugar, syrup or even pineapple juice. If you aren’t much of a brandy drinker you can even swap that out for triple sec and Seltzer, Sprite or 7 Up. Once everything is together, the Sangria will need to sit for at least 24 hours for all the flavors to properly infuse.
I LOVE making Sangria from scratch for our spring and summer shindigs. Thing is, I don’t always have the time. I’ve tried just about every brand of bottled pre-made Sangria I could find in the store, and Eppa SupraFruta Sangria is seriously the best I have ever had. None of the others I’ve tried were “acceptable” enough to serve so I always had to make it from scratch. I’m super excited about finally finding a pre-made alternative that I like! Just pour of fruit and you’re done. The hardest part will be choosing your fruit. You could actually skip the fruit all together and just pour over ice or serve chilled but I recommend adding the fruit.
Eppa Red
Sweet citrus scents of orange, lemon and lime meld with aromas of rich red wine. Dark berry flavors mingle with pomegranate, orange, and soft red wine notes for a smooth style.
Eppa White
Peach and mango aromas burst from the glass. On first sip, clean, fresh flavors of lemon, lime, and orange delight followed by rich tropical flavors of mango, pineapple and peach.
Plus, Eppa SupraFruta Sangria is filled with SuperFruit Juices and contains Antioxidants. Now that’s a bonus!
I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Eppa SupraFruta Sangria. I received product samples to facilitate to my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

I love this!!!
I’m all about the sangria lately. It’s so refreshing and tasty! Plus it goes well with so many of my favorite dishes.
Sangrias are one of my favorite drinks. I make them every time we have people over and this would make it so much easier when I am short on time (and fruit!). Can’t wait to try them!
