Welcome to Agrabah, City of Mystery and Enchantment!
Have you heard? Disney’s ALADDIN is coming out of the vault for a special Diamond edition.
“Ten-thousand years can give you such a crick in the neck!”
Okay, so maybe it’s more like 23 years since Aladdin hit theaters Thanksgiving 1992. Re-watching this film brought me back to my childhood. I couldn’t help but sing-along with the characters to all my favorite songs like “A Whole New World” and “Friend Like Me.”
Fun Fact: Genie was written with Robin Williams in mind and as a way to convince him to provide the voice, the animators used a voice track from one of Williams’ comedy routine and animated it as if it were the Genie.
But, the real standouts are the Bonus Features including a newly animated segment of Genie’s outtakes (voiced expertly by the late Robin Williams). So be sure to pick up a copy available on DVD, Blu-Ray, and Digital Download.

Oh this is awesome. I still have the old VHS even though we don’t have a VHS player. I need to upgrade!
My kids and I and now my grandkids and I, enjoy Aladin over and over again. I’m going to be watching for the diamond edition.
I remember watching this movie with my niece when she was younger and to this day A Whole New World is still one of my favorite Disney song.
An insider clip from Disney Aladdin sounds like it will be a hit great behind the scene footage with director thanks for sharing.
I loved this movie when I was a kid. I would love to watch it again now that I am an adult.
