Welcome to Agrabah, City of Mystery and Enchantment!
Have you heard? Disney’s ALADDIN is coming out of the vault for a special Diamond edition.
“Ten-thousand years can give you such a crick in the neck!”
Okay, so maybe it’s more like 23 years since Aladdin hit theaters Thanksgiving 1992. Re-watching this film brought me back to my childhood. I couldn’t help but sing-along with the characters to all my favorite songs like “A Whole New World” and “Friend Like Me.”
Fun Fact: Genie was written with Robin Williams in mind and as a way to convince him to provide the voice, the animators used a voice track from one of Williams’ comedy routine and animated it as if it were the Genie.
But, the real standouts are the Bonus Features including a newly animated segment of Genie’s outtakes (voiced expertly by the late Robin Williams). So be sure to pick up a copy available on DVD, Blu-Ray, and Digital Download.

I love this movie, I’m glad it’s coming back.
My family is a huge fan of Disney movies and I loved Aladdin as a child. It would be fun to watch this again with the kids.
This is awesome! I love Aladdin and so do my girls. It’s one of the films they grew up with.
I have watched this movie several times over when my daughter was a little child. I could actually sing along with Jasmine! I will get a DVD copy to relive those days. Although my daughter is all grown up now, I am sure she would still love to sit with me and watch it.
