Myself and 24 other top Bloggers have been treated to some pixie dust magic! We have been invited to spend 3 fantastic days in sunny Los Angeles from Sunday, March 9th – Wednesday, March 12th to experience some Disney Magic.
First we will be attending the red carpet premiere of MUPPETS MOST WANTED (opening in theatres on 3/21) and I’ll get to reconnect with some old friends – Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy!
We will also be interviewing other cast and filmmakers from the movie. I wonder who it might be? Follow along on twitter using #MuppetsMostWantedEvent.
While we are in town we will also get to screen Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER (opening in theatres on 4/4)…
YUm.
Wait, what? Oh yes. In case you missed it, I actually got to interview Property Master, Russel Bobbitt and play with one of the REAL shields from the movie!
While they haven’t revealed just who, we will also get the opportunity to interview cast and filmmakers here too. Make sure to check back with me to find out just who – or better yet make sure you’re following the OFFICIAL hashtag (#CaptainAmericaEvent) to see the interview sessions in real time.
PLUS, as always, I’ll be passing along your questions at any chance I get.
Phew, you would think the Disney Magic would be just about used up by now but they have even more planned. We will also be screening our favorite fairies new feature THE PIRATE FAIRY (available 4/1), which I’m sure fairy fines will go crazy over! Annnndddd…
We will also be visiting the Bears exhibit at the LA Zoo after screening Disneynature’s BEARS (opening in theatres on 4/18) on the Walt Disney Studios lot!
And as if that wasn’t enough, we will be taking an extra day to explore the Los Angeles ABC Studio. If you’re a fan of GREY’S ANATOMY, you may be slightly jealous that the host of our set visit will be Jessica Capshaw (“Dr. Arizona Robbins”)! We’ll be treated to a fun cocktail hour with some real-life and TV Moms of ABC along with two special screenings of Resurrection and Trophy Wives. I’ll also be visiting the set of THE MIDDLE and having a Q&A with the creators and executive producers, Eileen Heisler and DeAnn Heline. I’m looking forward to also screening a special “junior” episode of SHARK TANK, featuring kid entrepreneurs pitching their ideas to the Sharks – how cool!
Along the way will be tweeting and instagraming our adventure followed by a recap on the blog. Make sure you’re following along to get the inside scoop and behind the scenes info of these upcoming Disney releases.
Thank you Disney for sponsoring my trip! All opinions remain my own.
This is so cool! I’m excited to see the new Muppets movie.
I can’t wait to see Captain America: Winter Solider. My husband and I are LOVING the Marvel Universe :)
Oh, so fun! Muppets really ARE most wanted in our house. We can’t wait until the new movie comes out!
The Muppets were my FAVORITE show growing up! Back in the ancient days when all we had was “regular” television. I enjoyed the Muppets and then Saturday morning cartoons. Sunday was always a snooze fest. Nothing but Planet of the Apes and wrestling. Yuck. Now that I’m older, I’m so excited to let little man see this….I know he’ll love it! Enjoy your trip! Sounds like a blast!
You’re going to be very, very busy. I hope you have a wonderful time and learn all kinds of Disney tidbits.
