Captain America: The Winter Soldier Red Carpet Fashion Ideas

While I wouldn’t call myself a ‘girly girl’, I do find myself looking forward to things like walking down red carpets for the premieres of some of my favorite movies. I missed Thor 2 because of my wedding, and with the upcoming release of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, I find myself daydreaming about what I would wear if I had the opportunity. When perusing the selection at JenJenHouse, I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. Formal, but not A-Lister formal. Perhaps something short since it will be warm. Ultimately, I decided to see what dresses fit the “Captain America” theme – looking for dresses that were red, blue or silver. I ended up finding some really great dresses at affordable price points.

Hello?! This has a cape! How perfect would it be to attend a superhero red carpet event wearing a dress with a cape? Although I prefer this dress in Dark Navy versus the Royal Blue pictured. One of the features I liked most about JenJenHouse is that their dress styles came in nearly every color.

I could always use another addition to my Little Black Dress lineup. Maybe I could pair this with some flashy red pumps?

Show stopper! This dress is super cute and while it may not look like, it’s chiffon – which is perfect for staying cool in LA. Another plus is that this dress doesn’t need much by way of accessories. It has an interesting shape and neckline so I wouldn’t feel bare pairing it with just some earrings. 

Taffeta Cocktail Dress With Ruffle Beading Sequins
I know, this doesn’t really fit my color theme but something about this dress spoke to me. Perhaps its the bling along the time. Shiney baubles have been known to catch my eye. I also really like the silhouette it creates.

While I usually avoid long dresses I love this dress. It screams Captain America #FanGirl and I could get creative with fun accessories.
