This year has unintentionally become about being a better me. It began with looming prospect of turning 40 and the way my body was dealing with it. Where once I could just think about dieting and see the pounds fall off, I was now struggling as I watched the scale and my dress size fluxuate rapidly. Even your skin starts to change at fourty. Turning 40 can definitely derail you! lol There are a lot of changes happening with bodies, skin, all over. Embracing those changes and finding the best you is an excellent way to move forward. I’ll be back to check out your “after” photos!

I have heard a lot of good things about retinol and that it really works to reduce wrinkles. I’d love to try RoC retinol. It does look like it is a good brand
