In the last couple of years more and more women have been adding Sonic Skincare systems to their holiday wish list and this year is no exception. It used to be that you could only get your hands on one of these systems at high end spas, with high end spa prices. Thankfully we’re starting to see some more affordable options – great for women looking for spa quality tools without the big name investment.

Enter the Spa Sonic Skin Care System Face and Body Polisher – I know it’s a mouthful but it packs huge value and a variety of uses. First thing I noticed was that, unlike the majority of Sonic Systems on the market the Spa Sonic is one of the few that offers multiple heads. The four attachments include:
- A small facial brush, made of soft bristles especially designed for your face. Just apply your favorite cleanser to the brush or your face and move the brush across in a circular motion.
- The large body brush is for full body use. It works the same way as the facial brush in that you should first apply soap and then move the brush across your body in circular motions. This attachment is a bit too soft for my taste so I like to use it with an exfoliating scrub. This is awesome for getting rid of dry skin, especially in the winter months.
- The soft facial sponge is a gentle massage to stimulate skin cells and improve elasticity. Use this to apply moisturizer to allow better absorption. It also helps tighten pores.
- I don’t get pedicures as often as I would like so I really love the pumice stone. The stone helps remove dead skin skills and smooth your feet. It can also be used on knees and elbows!
The system runs on AA batteries. While this is convenient, I’d love to see the next version be something that is kinder to the environment and be rechargeable! As a busy mom, I love that the Spa Sonic is waterproof so I can get a quick use while I’m in the shower or bath. What I love even more about this is that it’s price point makes it an affordable way to treat yourself or a friend to a great gift!

I’ve been considering getting one of these. I think it would be amazing for pedicures.
That looks fantastic and I would absolutely LOVE to have one! Being waterproof is great and yes, can’t wait until they can make it rechargeable vs working on batteries.
A rechargeable type would definitely be preferred, though I suppose you could use rechargeable AAs. I’d love to give it a try just for the pumice stone.
i keep looking at these units. i think, maybe it would be awesome!! and then i’m not sure i’d continue to use it.
This is gorgeous! I love the necklace so much!
