If there is one thing Mos Eisley Cantina regulars know, it’s how to throw a good party. We might not be a regular, but we can imagine! It’s one part deliciously fun Star Wars recipes, fun Star Wars inspired games and a cart-full of party supplies.
Disney offers tons of recipes and inspiration for creating one of a kind Star Wars theme recipes for you gatherings at any time of year. We especially love this post offering party tips and recipes including:

What party would be complete without dessert? These Barriss Offee Cupcakes are actually infected with Geonosian brain worm, and they’re quite tasty if I do say so myself! The recipe does call for a Green Tea Butter Cream but I suggest skipping the extra work and turning your favorite flavor green a la food coloring.

12 cupcakes, baked and cooled
Matcha green tea buttercream (recipe, below)

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Activities
Heads Up Star Wars Deck
One of my favorite party games, Heads Up, just got a whole lot better with the Star Wards playing deck. Now you can test your friends Star Wars knowledge at your next gathering.
Which Star Wars Character Am I?
Print photos of different Star Wars characters. Tape the photos to the back of each guest (don’t let them see!). Then task the guests with finding out who they are by *ONLY* asking no and yes questions to figure it out (“Am I a woman or man?”, “Am I good or evil?”, “Do I have a light saber?, etc.).
Other game ideas include: Create a Jedi Training course, pin the Light Saber, Star Wars charades, and Star Wars “Who Said It?”
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Party Supplies
Don’t forget you will need a few party supplies too. Paper products are always a must but also consider picking up fun costumes, games and accessories to finish out the theme.
Miscellaneous Party Supplies from Left to Right:
- Kylo Ren Mask
- Darth Vader Mask
- Star Wars Pop Chips
- Nerf Jakku Blaster
- Star Wars Paper Plates
- Star Wars Paper Party Cups
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens Napkins
- Nerf Stormtrooper Blaster
- Kylo Ren Deluxe Electronic Lightsaber
- R2-D2 Bop It
- Hasbro Takodana Action Figures
There’s only one rule to a successful Star Wars party – watch the newest Star Wars: The Force Awakens, now available on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital Copy.
