Oh wow – I ofcourse have heard about Jenny Craig before and seen a lot of people use it before but I have never looked into what the food looks like.
I like this diet plan since it does not deprive you too much. It just limits your intake. I think a part of a good diet is being happy with it.
Your first sentance says it all. The most difficult part about a weight loss routine is figuring out where to start. How to do it. For me, if someone told me what to have and how much, that would take the really confusing part of a diet away.
